The Region 5 Prevention Resource Center is a State of Texas Department of State Health Services funded program. The PRC acts as a clearinghouse for information regarding alcohol, tobacco and other drug information and education resources.
In addition to the PRC acts as a resource for information on topics regarding mental health and behavioral issues. Among the many tools available to the public, the PRC has an extensive video lending
library, pamphlets, educational materials and props. The Region 5 Prevention

All services are free of charge and provided at no
cost.
We also have a substation in Beaumont.
The Region 5 sub-station houses prevention resources in
Jefferson County. Patrons in this county and surrounding counties, can
contact this office for resources as well.
